  • Please send us an email and double check that the email you ordered with.

  • We restock frequently since everything is produced in house. If you’re looking for a particular item feel free to email us and ask.

  • Aside from out hats, all products are made at our shop in Ohio with USA made materials. All items are Berry compliant unless otherwise specified.

  • We do not offer a discount, since we launched our company we purposely looked at the competition and priced lower from the gate that way Mil/LEO/ and Veterans don’t have to sign up or provide a code. This makes it more convient for everyone and keeps our pricing fair year round.

  • We don’t run regular sales like most companies, we try to price fairly out the gate and normally do one big winter sale for a decent period of time that way everyone doesn’t feel rushed and can make wise purchasing decisions.

  • We are still here, just under a new name. Same people, same products, same mission, and same iconic logo.

  • Product returns are done on a case by case basis. We do this to serve you better as we understand that customers experience purchasing products differently.

    As long as the product has not been used, we accept product returns with no questions asked.

    When you go to return a product we will ask you for your order number and photos of the products to verify the product and its condition.

    Feel free to reach out and ask questions prior to purchase to help minimize returns.

  • Most likely no, but you can reach out to ask. Please take your time deciding what you need when you make a purchase.

  • We tend to ship out in a 1-5 day window depending on the order size, how busy we are, and whether or not you ordered on a friday and we can’t get to it till after the weekend.

    Our email order notification system only allows for a order confirmation and when we fulfill your order and send you tracking. There are no incremental updates.

    Scripture is quite clear that our purpose on this earth is to share the good news with all so that they may hear the Word and be transformed by it. By this we are called to be bold and courageous in the faith, scripture does not delineate whether we do this as a single person or in the format of a company. So our pursuit is to do this in every aspect of our lives so that we may we glorify God and make His name known.
